• Unframed/Rolled Art: Ships in 2-3 business days, then 3-6 days for delivery.
• Framed Art: Ships in 3-4 business days, then 3-6 days for delivery.

You can change or cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After this, changes may not be possible as your art piece will be in production.

We accept Debit/Credit Card, Net-banking, UPI, & Digital Wallets.

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

As each Poiema art piece is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is wrong or defective.
