This is the time it takes for us to create and prepare your art for shipment.
- For Unframed / Rolled Art: Your print is ready to ship within 2-3 business days.
- For Framed Art: Your framed piece is meticulously crafted and ready to ship within 3-4 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery:
Once your art is ready, it is carefully packaged and shipped.
- Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow its journey to your home.
Total Delivery Timeline
By combining the processing and shipping times, you can expect your art to arrive within:
- Unframed Art: Approximately 5-9 business days from the date of your order.
- Framed Art: Approximately 6-10 business days from the date of your order.
We take great care to ensure your art is packaged securely, so it arrives in flawless condition, ready to be displayed.
Our Promise
At Poiema, every piece of art is created specifically for you the moment you place your order. Our commitment is to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our art, our policy is as follows:
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing it. After this brief window, our production process begins, and we are unable to make any further changes or cancellations.
Returns
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will make it right.
How to Submit a Claim
Please include the following in your claim:
- Your Order Number
- Video proof of damage or incorrect item
- Photos of the issue
Please note: We can only accept returns for items that are in unused condition and in their original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, our quality team will review it. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will process your replacement or refund within 3-4 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
